Suffragan Bishop Leon E. Williams is the Senior Pastor of the Greater Upperroom Apostolic Faith Church in Middletown and the Kings Chapel Church in Monticello, New York. He has served the New York State Canada Council as Council chairman. He is the Suffragan Bishop over District #1 of the New York State & Ontario District Council.He curently serves as the Lay Director for the Northeast region of the P.A.W.

He was married to late Evangelist Claudine Williams  who served with him until the Lord called her home in December of 2003 and is the father of 7 children (3 sons & 4 daughters) and is the grandfather to 5 grandchildren. He is an anointed man of God who preaches the word of God with out compromise.  

On May 20,2006 he was joined in matrimony to Sister Lilith Watson-Williams.
