Elder John C Williams is the 6th child of seven born to Bishop Leon Williams and the late Evangelist Claudine Williams. He is the assistant pastor of the Greater Upperroom Apostolic Faith Church in Middletown, New York where Bishop Williams is the Senior Pastor.  While still serving Greater Upperroom Elder John Williams also serves as the pastor of the Morningstar Pentecostal Church in Harlem, New York.

Elder John also serves the local church in many capacities some being, the Church administrator and he also sits on the Board of directors. On the state level he served for 6 years as the president of the New York State and Canada Council young peoples auxiliary PAW!  He currently serves as the Minister of Music for the general body of the NYSCC .

Elder John is married to lovely Lady ShaRhonda Williams and has two sons Jalen Leon and Aaron Michael Williams.
